Basic Turnover - UP TO 1200 sqft $125 per visit
General cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, switching out linens, sweeping, mopping and surface cleaning, cleaning standard sized windows if needed, quick wipe down of stove and fridge, restocking and some special requests for homes up to 1200 sq ft.

General cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, switching out linens, sweeping, mopping and surface cleaning, windows, Stove & Fridge, spot cleaning of carpets as needed, restocking and special requests for homes up to 1200 sq ft.

Ceiling Fan Installation,Includes wiring and mounting; price varies based on ceiling height. Outlet Installation/Replacement, Installation or replacement of standard electrical outlets. Dimmer Switch Installation, Installation of dimmer switches in place of standard light switches. GFCI Outlet Installation, Installation of Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) outlets in kitchens, bathrooms, etc. Smoke Detector Installation, Includes wiring and mounting of hardwired smoke detectors. Unclogging Drains: Removing minor clogs in sinks, showers, or tubs using a plunger or drain snake. Repairing Running Toilets: Adjusting or replacing the flapper, float, or fill valve to stop a toilet from running continuously. Replacing a Showerhead: Installing a new showerhead by unscrewing the old one and screwing on a new one. Tightening Loose Fixtures: Securing loose faucets, handles, or showerheads that have become wobbly over time. Repairing or Replacing Toilet Handles: Fixing or replacing a broken or malfunctioning toilet handle. Fixing Minor Pipe Leaks: Using pipe tape or a repair clamp to temporarily fix a small leak in a visible pipe. Replacing Sink Stoppers: Installing a new sink stopper or adjusting an existing one that no longer seals properly.
