Minor Electrical Work $150/hour or Project Fee Based

Minor Plumbing Repairs $150/hour or Project Fee Based

Unclogging Drains: Removing minor clogs in sinks, showers, or tubs using a plunger or drain snake. Repairing Running Toilets: Adjusting or replacing the flapper, float, or fill valve to stop a toilet from running continuously. Replacing a Showerhead: Installing a new showerhead by unscrewing the old one and screwing on a new one. Tightening Loose Fixtures: Securing loose faucets, handles, or showerheads that have become wobbly over time. Repairing or Replacing Toilet Handles: Fixing or replacing a broken or malfunctioning toilet handle. Fixing Minor Pipe Leaks: Using pipe tape or a repair clamp to temporarily fix a small leak in a visible pipe.
